We are working towards registering ourselves as non-profit under the name of” JUST”. We desire to plan and develop social housing in Vancouver. Our current project is to build a community building and 10 social housing units at 12881 Sunshine Coast Hwy. These units will be 2-bedrooms cabins/duplexes. we are looking to gather interests in form of memberships to support this project.

We are looking for 500 members, each with a commitment to spend $100 a month to fund the community center. The Center will include a restaurant, theatre, swimming pool, a library, and Yoga studio/gym. We are working on the plan and will start building once it is being approved.

Cabins rental will be supported by social housing and the memberships. This project will be owned by the memberships and the non-profit organization.
